One of the most prominent Angolan expressionist Artists. He belongs to a generation of Angolan painters that totally revolutionized the way of making or experimenting abstract painting. The abstract expressionism displayed in Nelo Teixeira’s body of work creates an immediate intimacy between the Artist, the piece and the observer (spectator) who comes into contact with the piece.
